Hilton Tokyo | Happiness for Girls! A new dessert fair featuring melting honey and cheese ‘Happy Honey Holic’
On the 1st floor “Marble Lounge” of Hilton Tokyo (Mike Williamson, General Manager, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), we are holding a new dessert fair ‘Happy Hani Holic’ on Tuesday, June 4th, which is a collaboration of melting honey and cheese. In the yellow world of happy auras, the main characters of various girls parties are sweet and melting honey and cheese, and summer vitamin fruits. The fee is 3,800 yen per person (3,950 yen on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays), and it is held from 2: 30 p.m. to 5: 30 p.m. every day.
Hilton Tokyo “Marble Lounge”, Japan’s first dessert buffet, is also a pioneer in themed dessert buffets, creating a world of 1 with desserts and decorations. In addition to fairs inspired by stories such as “ALICE”, “Marie Antoinette” and “Cinderella”, they are particular about creating a space by introducing projection mapping and trick art early, and the entertaining dessert buffet is always instructed by highly conscious women. The new fair that such “Marble Lounge” will present this summer features “Honey and cheese” which girls love as the main ingredient, and various girls parties are created in yellow color which makes them happy just by looking at it. When you pass through the entrance where the yellow flowers bloom, the world of yellow color that makes you happy instantly spreads.
There are 4 themes for girls party, such as: a cute birthday party decorated with a gift box or balloon; a romantic wedding party with a mimosa bouquet or wedding cake; and a lovely decorated baby shower with a honeybee theme, etc.
The mango cream with refreshing yuzu on top of the tart, with honey glazed oranges on the sides, is like a large sunflower ‘Sunflower Girls’, the lemon sponge with Earl Grey cream, lemon confit and walnut sandwiched between, coated with milky cream, and finely covered with lemon and chocolate, the ‘flower shower’ has lemon and delicate chocolate on the top and is inspired by a flower shower to celebrate the bride. Emental cheese style ‘Koisuru W Cheese’ which is called the king of cheese, is a dish of 2 layers of cheese souffle and cream cheese which is irresistible for cheese lovers. The passion-flavored milk chocolate ganache and coconut roast on the side serve as accents, and you can enjoy it refreshingly. We also have a wide variety of new cakes that will make you happy just by looking at them, such as the fluffy honey sheave toast ‘baby honeycomb’, the lemon flavored cheese mousse ‘Summer Bee Princess’, and the pistachio duck with mango, apricot, and mandarin on top and yogurt cream ‘fruit bouquet’.
Refreshing glass sweets include melon-flavored soup with guava pulp and passion fruit seeds ‘Mérón Genne’, Fromage Blanc chantique with basil lemon jelly ‘Yellow Night Cap’, vanilla and coconut mascarpone cream with lime-marinated pineapple on top, and other refreshing, fruity desserts. Other than that, you can enjoy about 30 kinds such as ‘Cheese Egg Tart’, ‘Salted Lemon Scones’, 3 kinds of ‘chocolate fountain’, ‘Cold Marble Ice Cream’ and home-made ‘lemonade’. For light meals, we have Gorgonzola pizza with honey ‘Accompanying a Guilty PJ Party’ and ‘Cheese fondue’, so it is recommended for late lunch.
