Representative Director Touryuu
A buffet critic and a gourmet journalist. He was born in Taiwan in 1976, and took Japanese citizenship later.
He started to eat various food since he was Grade 12. He loves buffet, French, sweets, and hotels most of all. He won the “TV champion” by TV Tokyo in 2002 and 2007.
He is also the individual author of Yahoo! News, a guide of “All About”, and an advisor of “Tokyo CHEFS” of Japan All Japan Chefs Association. Moreover, he was featured by few TV programs and magazines, and works as an examiner of food contests, and more.
